Exal s.r.o. is a dynamically progressing company in the town of Komárno, Slovakia. It was established in 2010 and since then it has expanded its activity with extrusion of aluminium profiles as well. The production is realised within a 60.000 m² industrial area in Kolárovo that includes an 20.000 m² industrial hall.

 Our company is working with two extrusion lines:
 
  • P1: 2000 tons extrusion press with billet diameter 7" (178 mm)
  • P2: 2000 tons extrusion press with billet diameter 7" and 6" (152 and 178 mm), suitable to press profiles with lenght even 13 m

  • P3: 1400 tons extrusion press with billet diameter 5" (127 mm) - 2023
 
Next to the production line we have a modern horizontal powder painting line and a mechanical workshop as well. In this way, besides profile extrusion we can offer a complete service of powder painting, anodising, wrapping, protect foiling and mechanical processing of profiles

Our company participates in BATIMAT international trade of bulding and remodelling solutions in Paris, France between 2nd and 6th of november. This world trade is the biggest one in building industry.

We are happy to announce You, that our new extrusion line P2 with 2000 tons extrusion press and billet diameter was putted into operation. With this new production line we are able to press profiles with lenght even 13 m.
